Cooperstown Dreams Park

This is a twelve year old tournament. Teams live there for a week and play at least 8 games. 96 teams from all over the country participate. Very competitive baseball and a once in a life time, not to be missed, amazing experience!

For 2009 Ridgewood will be participating the week of  July 24, 2009 (Raiders) and week of August 14, 2009 (Rebels). Please make accommodation arrangements as soon as possible. These are the sole responsibility of parents and coaches.

Pin Trading is a HUGE part of the tournament. Here are some examples of pins Ridgewood has created in the past. Order extras for siblings.

Players: items to bring:

Two pairs of white (no stripes) baseball pants. Black belt, (red and blue jerseys, socks and hat are provided), sheets for single bed, fan, pillow, blank or sleeping bag, flip flops for showers, bathing suit for showers, combo lock for footlocker which is provided, toiletries, towel, extension cord, cell phone, iPods are ok, spare change for snacks and arcade, sunglasses for players (can be very sunny), suntan lotion.

Coaches - for parade, bring RBSA supplied banner. Some fun ideas - little flags for the players to wave while in parade or candies to throw into the fans.

Holiday Inn Express and  Best Western  are the most convenient about 1 mile from Dreams Park.
